Fayette County Courthouse

Phase One was to repair the roof and cupola. Phase Two was a complete interior restoration, including meeting handicap accessibility and code requirements, and completely rebuilding the mechanical and electrical systems.

Phase Three was a restoration to the exterior of the building and site work, including replacing sidewalks and repairing the ceramic tiles on the entry porches. New landscaping and irrigation were also installed.
